Our Story
During my career in the consumer snack foods industry, our young family moved to Temecula, CA from San Diego. The area's people, burgeoning wine industry, and beautiful views inspired us to search for something that fit well with our small family's goals & values. Years later, I found myself in a position to launch my goal of building a better jerky company based on quality products and personal relationships.
